On-Site Training

Type of On-Site Training (check all that apply):

Prerequisites - No previous experience working with Crystal Reports needed. Able to navigate in a Windows environment. Familiarity with database tables, fields, and records is a plus.

Prerequisites - Student must be familiar with basic design techniques such as sorting records using the Record Expert, filtering records using the Select Expert, and grouping reports using the Group Expert.

Prerequisites - No previous experience working with Crystal Reports needed. Able to navigate in a Windows environment. Familiarity with database tables, fields, and records is a plus.

The customer will select what topics need to be covered during training since there may be different levels of Crystal Reports skill sets. Custom topics should be selected from the outlines above.

Workshops

Workshops allow students to quickly apply the skills learned during training to produce beneficial reports needed after or during training. Develop new or modify existing Crystal Reports using your live data.

On-Line Training
  • These classes (Beginner / Intermediate / Advance) are all instructor led.
  • Can take these classes at your office, home, or while traveling. We guarantee your satisfaction during the first training session or your money back.
  • Connect to secure web collaboration software (GoToMeeting - similar to WebEx) and watch the instructor demonstrate how to use Crystal Reports. 128K or better connection required.
  • Dial into the telephone conference center by phone or use VOIP where you can hear the instruction, ask questions, and get help immediately.
  • 6 months of free Crystal Reports support on all content covered in class. Review support policies via the menu above.
  • No minimum number of students required.
  • 2+ student minimum
  • End of Day Workshop - develop new or modify existing Crystal Reports using your live data
  • You pick the dates. Enter 2 or 3 sets of consecutive dates for training in comments. We will check instructor availability.
  • Times - Two sessions, morning and afternoon. Usually 2.5 hours each session for up to 5 students, and 3 hours each session for 6-10 students.
