Course Narrative: This course is best for beginners and first-time users. Learn multiple data tables, grouping, basic to intermediate formulas, parameters used to filter data, and conditional formatting.

Prerequisites: No previous experience working with Crystal Reports is needed. Students should be able to navigate in a Windows environment. Familiarity with database tables, fields, and records is a plus.
