Email based consulting ($65 per hour) - you email us your Crystal Report with data (a feature built into Crystal Reports) along with your issues/report requirements. We recommend you provide examples (print screen, pdf, excel, etc.) on what you expect Crystal Reports to look like. A support analyst will work with you to solve your issue/requirements.
1-on-1 Consulting ($65 per hour) - Need an expert to help design, fix an existing or develop a new report? Let one of our consultants connect to your computer using GotoMeeting software. Our consultant will work directly with you, based on your schedule if possible.
Remote consulting - ($65 per hour) - we will need access to your data and Crystal Reports on your server. You provide report requirements.
