SAP Crystal Server Training

This 1-day On-Line SAP Crystal Server instructor-led course is designed to:

Teach Administrators how to setup/maintain SAP Crystal Server Users, Groups and Folders within a secure environment. They will schedule Crystal Report to email, save to folder, ftp and/or BI inbox. They will learn various other features the SAP Crystal Server provides, such as Events (Triggers), Security Access, Calendaring, End User portal setup/maintenance, etc. that is utilized in all Crystal Report Server installations.
Will teach how the end user portal provides secure access to Crystal Reports, within a folder structure, that allows end users to view, print, export (in various formats such as PDF, Excel), schedule, etc.
Private Training - Exclusive to your company only. We use your existing reports to setup ODBC information and verify functional prior to training. We train using your company report(s).
Public Training - We use sample Crystal Reports and will test your existing reports ODBC connectivity. Other students from other companies may be in attendance since this is a public class.

Student Requirements

Training Manual - which we provide at no cost
Each student must have their own PC
Be able to Access the SAP Crystal Server to publish and run reports. You will need Administrator access to the SAP Crystal Server.
Each student must have write access to their local/Crystal Server disk drive
Telephone (VOIP) to dial into the Conference call via GotoMeeting (which we will provide)

What we do

We will verify that your SAP Crystal Server is setup correctly prior to training at no cost to you. We verify services (Servers, ODBC, etc) and Features (Scheduling, email, ftp, user portal, etc) are functional.
We will provide the training manuals and instructor.

You Pick the day (9 am Pacific, 10 am Mountain, 1 pm Central or 2 pm Eastern)

Our demonstrations are casual, 20-30 minute events designed to demonstrate the Crystal Server product and answer questions you may have regarding the product.
