REGISTRATION        

In order to hold your seat, please complete the following information and submit to us. Or, you can call us at the telephone number listed above (Office Hours: Eastern and Pacific Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.).

Registration Policy and Discounts

1. Payment for training must be made prior to training class unless paying by Company check or special arrangement. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX or DISCOVER. We will email you an invoice that will have instructions on how to securely pay by credit card.
2. Cancellations must be made prior to three weeks in advance for a full refund. Cancellations that are made within three weeks of class, the student must register for a class within 60 days of initial class registration in order not to forfeit class fee.
3. Discounts may apply to Military and Government Employees. Please call our office for details.
4. If three (3) or more employees from the same company attend, a discount may apply. Please call for details.
