students PC when they need help or take
control if needed.
The
student has Crystal Reports loaded on their PC or
downloads a free trial.
The
instructor emails the student
a GoToMeeting Access code and telephone number to attend
the Virtual class.
The
student connects to the internet and accesses the
Instructors PC to watch instruction
via the GotoMeeting software. The GotoMeeting software
will download automatically when connecting.
After
watching the instructor demonstrate, the student returns
to their PC to perform the same steps.
Training
Manuals are used by the students to refer to the instruction
and to do hands-on exercises throughout the entire class.
